Just Not For Me
We want to ensure that you get the right garment for you, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived please do not worry.
All UK Orders over £100 are eligible for a prepaid returns label, to receive this please email email@example.com. For orders under £100, it is up to the customer to pay for the return - we recommend a tracked service with Royal Mail.
All International Orders it is up to the customer to pay for their return - we recommend a tracked service with your local postal service.
With your order you will receive a returns form which you need to fill out and send back with your order, if you do not have this just pop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attach a returns form for you. Please don't send anything back without your details included within the package as we will not have any idea who its from. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned unworn within our 14 day period returns period.

Please allow 14 working days for exchanges and refunds.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get that replaced for you or we can issue a credit note. PLEASE NOTE we do require the faulty item returned to us for us to access before any decision on how best to proceed will be made. We do not offer refunds on faulty goods that have been worn.
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
Terms and Conditions
It is the buyers responsibility to cover postage upon returning an item unless faulty and customs charges where applicable.
