All orders over £100 receive complimentary shipping.



We offer delivery worldwide for any item in the store. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days but during busy periods, this may take a little longer. For international shipping, prices start from £10. All orders over £350 receive complimentary shipping. For international orders, if there are any import duties due, it is the customers responsibility to pay any fees, and this can sometimes create a delay in receiving your order. We want to ensure that you get the right garment for you, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived we are happy to exchange or refund unworn, non-sale items if returned within 14 days.

For UK Orders it is up to the customer to pay for the return - we recommend using a tracked service with Royal Mail.

For International Orders it is up to the customer to pay for their return - we recommend a tracked service with your local postal service.  

Please email to receive the returns details. Please don't send anything back without your details included within the package as we will not be able to identify who it is from. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and returned within our 14 day period returns period. Please note, the stated postage costs will be deducted from your return where paid for by Popski London (and always in cases of international shipping).

Please allow 14 working days for exchanges and refunds. 


If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at and we'll get the item replaced for you or we can issue a credit note. PLEASE NOTE we do require the faulty item returned to us for us to access before any decision on how best to proceed will be made. We do not offer refunds on faulty goods that have been worn. 


In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services at, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
